The Army’s 7th Special Forces Group (7th SFG) must be ready on a moment’s notice. But many of these warriors faced years long waits for child-care services at Eglin Air Force Base. This could compromise mission readiness, morale and the careers of spouses in turn causing family and financial stress.
We told their story in a compelling video that featured active-duty personnel and their spouses. It got policy makers attention.
Just months after the video went live, the military approved a new Child Development Center for 7th SFG. The typically five-year process was shortened to months thanks to a dynamic digital campaign that targeted the right message to the right audience.
